Simple and quick to prepare. Not a time consuming recipe. Best for bachelors and working ladies.
- 1 kg Sheela Meenu (Barracuda)
- 3-4 tbsp red chilli powder / sambar powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- cooking oil
- Cut and clean the fish pieces. Marinade with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 mins or refrigerate it. Heat oil in a tava. Keep the pieces and fry till it gets cooked.
- You can follow the same procedure for other fish varieties. You can marinade the fish pieces and keep it in air tight container. It can be used for one week if refrigerated. Keep out for 30 mins before frying.
