Take 1 cup grated coconut and grind it in a mixer adding 1/2 cup water. Blend it to smooth paste. Filter the coconut milk using coffee/tea filter. When all the milk is extracted, again grind the coconut straw adding 1/4 cup water. Repeat the procedure for 2-3 times. Use the coconut milk for preparing any recipe. Coconut milk is rich in saturated fat but it contains no cholesterol.
