Ragi roti flavored with muranka keerai is very healthy and highly nutritious.
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1 cup muranka keerai (drumstick leaves)
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2-3 split dry red chili
- salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead to a smooth dough. Keep it aside for 15 mins.
- Make balls of the dough. Heat a tava and take a ball. Put the ball on the tava and with the help of your fingers press the ball. Try to make it in the shape of a disc.
- Apply oil all over the sides and cook it for few seconds. Turn around and apply oil. Repeat the procedure with other balls and serve hot.
