- 2 Ayala meen (indian mackeral)
- 2 small banana leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chili powder (sambar powder)
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- salt to taste
- Marinate the fish with above said ingredients and keep aside for 30 mins. Brush oil on each banana leaf and wrap the fish in it.
- Cook the fish on a non-stick pan . Cover it and keep on low flame. It may take around 20 mins to cook the fish. Serve hot.
