- 1/2 cup grated jaggery (gur or vellam)
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups chilled water
- Dissolve jaggery in water and filter it. Mix ginger and lemon juice to it. Add more water if needed. Serve it chilled to get refreshing taste.
