- 10-15 paneer cubes (cottage cheese)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp thick curd
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- salt to taste
- lemon juice (optional)
- Marinate paneer with above said ingredients and keep it aside for 30 mins. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the onions till it turns golden brown.
- Add marinated paneer along with the remaining masalas. Fry till the raw smell goes and serve hot.
