I had this karandi muttai first time in “Thalapakkati Hotel” and i liked it very much. Today my hubby dear prepared it for me. Children will surely love this cute egg.
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- pepper – according to your need
- Take a karandi(ladle) and grease with oil. Turn on the stove and keep on low flame. Break the egg and pour into the karandi(ladle) carefully.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper. When the egg is puffed up, turn on other side of egg with the help of spoon. Proceed with the remaining egg. Serve hot.
