- 1 ripe mango
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 cup water
- Peel off the skin of mango and chop it. Blend in a juicer or mixer adding little water. Meanwhile, prepare sugar syrup with 3 cup water. Allow to cool and mix with mango juice. Add lemon juice and more water if needed. Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled with ice cubes.
I used “imampasanth” variety mango which was pale yellow inside. This made the juice little white in color.
