- 10-12 mini idli
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chili powder (sambar powder)
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare mini idli and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai and temper mustard seeds. Add chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and mash the pulp. Add turmeric powder, chili powder and coriander powder. Mix well. Add mini idli and saute a while.
- Break the eggs and drop in the pan. Stir all and make sure idli dont get broken. Cook for 2-5 mins and serve hot.
