- 1 cup chopped mushroom
- 2 dry red chilies
- 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp tomato-chili sauce
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- salt to taste
- Mix corn flour with little water and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add broken red chilies. Saute a while.
- Add chopped mushroom and fry for 5 mins. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Add tomato-chili sauce, corn flour mixed water and salt to taste. Fry for 5 mins and serve hot.
