- 2 cup crumbled oats wheat bread
- 1/2 liter milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cucumber seeds
- 1 tbsp ghee
- dry fruits
- Soak the crumbled breads in milk for 20-30 mins. Heat ghee in a heavy kadai. Fry the dry fruits and remove from the heat.
- Add soaked bread, sugar, cucumber seeds and cocoa powder. Stir it frequently to reach halwa consistency. Remove from the heat and garnish with fried dry fruits. Serve hot.
