- 1 bunch of mint leaves
- 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
- 6-7 garlic flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or tamarind paste
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4-5 green chilies or dry red chilies
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer to a smooth paste. Add little water and mix well. Serve with any kind of chaat item.
