|Apple, Pear & Cinnamon Sharbat|
- 1 Apple
- 1 Pear
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Blend apple, pear and cinnamon in a juicer adding little water. Strain the juice and keep aside.
- Prepare sugar syrup (sugar+2 cup water) and allow to cool. Mix with the fruit juice.
- Add lemon juice and keep it in refrigerator. Serve it chilled with ice cubes.
