|Dry Fruits Kheer|
- 500ml milk
- 3/4 cup nestle milkmaid condensed milk
- 25 gms almonds
- 25 gms pista
- 25 gms cashew
- saffron strands – a few
- vanilla essence – few drops
- Blend almonds, pista, saffron and cashew in a mixer or grater to coarse powder. Keep it aside.
- Heat milk in a vessel. Once it starts boiling, add nuts powder to it. Stir for few mins.
- Add nestle milkmaid and vanilla essence. Cook for 5 mins and remove from the heat. Allow to cool and keep it in refrigerator. Serve it chilled.
