Chicken Kothu Noodles

I’m not a fan of noodles but anything with chicken is always welcome. Once we had Chicken Kothu Idiyappam in Oru Sorru Restaurant and it was really good. I planned to reproduce the same recipe at home. But instead of idiyappam i tried it with Hakka Noodles. Vegetarians can try this recipe with paneer or any other vegetable of your choice. I made it little spicier but you can adjust the taste according to your need. It goes well with chicken or mutton curry.
