Verkadalai Sattu Maavu Ladoo / Peanuts & Health Mix Ladoo is easy to prepare and takes less time. You can also add badam powder to it. I used left over health mix powder to prepare this ladoo. I was trying to prepare beetroot paniyaram but somehow the recipe failed so i planned to prepare this ladoo since i was in a mood to take photos 🙂
As my husband doesn’t like health mix porridge, i try to use it in desserts. Its my long time wish to prepare health mix flour at home. This powder gives nice aroma and I’m sure kids would love this ladoo.
- 1 cup roasted & dehusked peanuts
- ¾ cup grated jaggery / gur
- 2-3 tbsp Manna Health Mix Powder – you can also use homemade health mix powder
