|Apple, Dates & Flax Seeds Milkshake|
- 1 Apple - skin removed and finely chopped
- 1-2 tbsp dates syrup (or) 6-7 seedless dates - soaked in hot water
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 2 cup chilled milk
- Blend chopped apple, soaked dates & ground flax seeds using hand blender or mixer till smooth. Blend it again with chilled milk. Serve it immediately or refrigerate it and serve.
