Easy Mango Raita Recipe / Aam ka Raita, today I’m sharing an easy and simple raita recipe made from ripe mangoes. I made this raita few months back but forgot to share it. This raita can be prepared by bachelors or even kids.
Two ways you can try this raita. Either add chopped mango pulp to raita or blend half of the pulp with curd and add remaining half for the garnishing. You can serve this raita with biryani or roti or have as it as for evening for brunch. The same way you can add other fruits like cherry, apple, pomegranate, etc.. This raita can also be used as dip for chips.
Easy Mango Raita Recipe
- 1 cup curd / yogurt
- 1 ripe mango
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- a pinch of cumin powder
- Remove skin of mango and cut mango pulp into small pieces. Blend half of the pulp to smooth puree and mix with curd.Add salt, chili powder and cumin powder. Garnish with remaining mango pulp. Or mix curd with all the ingredients and your raita is ready. Serve with biryani or roti.
