Pomegranate Ginger Sharbat, today we will see how to prepare simple and refreshing anar sharbat flavored with homemade kala khatta syrup. For flavoring, add kala khatta syrup or nannari syrup or khus syrup or simple sugar syrup.
The recipe is very simple and easy to follow. All you have to do is grind pomegranate seeds and grated ginger together with flavoring syrup. The combination of pomegranate and ginger works very well here. After you grind the seeds, strain them to extract juice. Serve this drink with ice cubes. The deep red colored pomegranate seeds will change the color of sharbat. We have also added kala khatta syrup, so the color is not red.

Pomegranate Ginger Sharbat Recipe
- 250 gms fresh pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 4 tbsp kala khatta syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cup water
- Blend pomegranate seeds and ginger in a mixer or juicer. Filter them and add syrup, lemon juice and water. Mix everything together and serve with ice cubes.
