Easy Wheat Flour Ladoo / Atta Ladoo, learn how to make atta ladoo / wheat flour ladoo at home with step by step photos.
Atta ladoo can be made in less than 20 minutes and it requires, wheat flour, sugar and ghee. I have also added dry fruits powder and replaced sugar with boora / tagar. If you do not have boora, you can try with powdered sugar or simply use powdered jaggery. Other than wheat flour, you can also add millet flour or use mutigrain flour for more nutritional benefits.
Wheat flour / atta should be roasted well with ghee to get that nice brown color and nice aroma should come. Since, we are adding ghee, these ladoo can be stored at room temperature for 3-4 days. If stored in refrigerator, ladoo will get harden because of ghee. So before serving, keep it at room temperature and then serve.
Some of the other ladoo varieties shared in my blog, Aval Honey Ladoo, Paneer Thinai Ladoo, Besan Mawa Ladoo, Multigrain Ladoo and Chimli Urundai. If you try any of my recipes, then do share your feedback with us.
