Peanut Badam Ladoo, learn how to prepare healthy ladoo recipe using peanuts, sesame seeds, almonds and palm jaggery. This is completely vegan recipe as we have not used ghee or any other dairy product.
This ladoo makes a great healthy and filling snack for kids and even elders. I have added small amount of jaggery as I made this for my boy. You can adjust the sweet level according to your need.
The recipe is very simple to follow. Dry roast peanuts, almond and sesame seeds separately as they take their own to roast. Grind everything together in a mixer to coarse or smooth powder, in a consistency to make balls. The below mentioned quantity yields 16 ladoo.

Peanut Badam Ladoo
- 1 cup peanuts
- ¾ cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup almonds
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp palm jaggery

How to prepare Ellu Urundai
- Dry roast peanuts in a kadai till they turn golden brown. Remove from the heat and keep aside. Now dry roast almonds for few seconds and remove from the heat.
- Dry roast sesame seeds for few seconds and remove the heat. Now mix well everything along with crushed palm jaggery and cardamom powder.
- Grind everything in batches to smooth powder just enough to make balls. Start making ladoo and store in an airtight container.
