Ragi sweet paniyaram, today let’s see how to prepare ragi sweet paniyaram using left over dosa batter. You can either use idli or dosa batter to prepare the same.
Just mix dosa batter, ragi flour and jaggery and Paniyaram batter is ready. For additional flavours, you could add banana or jackfruit pulp to the batter. For sweetness, I have added palm jaggery which could be replaced by refined sugar. Adjust the level of sweet according to your need.
They turn out too soft and spongy which could be served for evening snacks. Ragi flour can be replaced by millet flour or bajra flour. Please do check our YouTube channel for the recipe videos and subscribe us if you like the recipe.
