Coconut Banana Oatmeal Porridge, a nutritious porridge recipe which not only looks attractive but also easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup thin sliced coconut
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 medium sized banana –sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberry
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Honey
  • 1 and ½ cup milk
Instructions
  1. Heat milk in a pan. Once it starts boiling, add oats and cook on low-medium flame for 5-8 mins or till it thickens a bit. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Roast sliced coconut with 1 tbsp ghee in a pan till it turns golden brown. Remove from the heat. Transfer Oats porridge to a serving bowl and top it up with toasted coconut, sliced banana, pomegranate seeds and sliced strawberry. Drizzle honey and serve.
