  • Banana Leaf
  • Aluminum Foil Sheet
  • First Marination :
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • Second Marination (Masala Preparation) :
  • 2 big onions – finely chopped
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes – finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ¼ cup chopped coconut flakes
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 10 curry leaves
