Ingredients :

  • 1 small cucumber – peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 small onion (optional)

Method :

  • Mix all the above ingredients and add water if necessary. Keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled. Serve it with biryani or chapati.
