- 4 cup dosa batter
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 chopped green chillies
- salt to taste
- ghee to apply
- Mix onions and green chillies in the dosa batter. Add salt to taste and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Heat a tava and once it is hot, pour batter onto the tava using karandi (handle with bowl shape at the top). Allow to spread it over. Apply ghee over all the sides. Wait for few mins and then turn the dosa. Apply ghee once again.
- Once it is done, remove from the heat and repeat the procedure. Serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
