Lemon & Jaggery Drink helps in clearing impurities from the body and especially the liver. Jaggery is low in calories.
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup pounded jaggery (gur)
- 1 tsp black salt
- 4 cup water
- Soak the jaggery in 2 cup water. When it is fully dissolved, add lemon juice and black salt. Add 1-2 cup water according to your need. Serve chilled and add few ice cubes. You can add more gur to get sugar taste.
