Raw mango with the touch of mint leaves makes this drinkable enjoyable. It gives the taste of hajmola.
- 1 raw mango – i used bangalore mango
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 3-4 cup water
- Cut the mango into square shapes and boil it for 10-15 mins. Remove from the heat and drain the water. Squeeze the mango pulp and throw the mango skin.
- Blend the mango pulp, sugar and cumin powder to smooth paste. Blend mint leaves adding little water to smooth paste. Filter the water and mix with mango paste. Add water and black salt to the juice. Mix well and serve chilled.
