Sweet Ragi Roti

 Sweet Ragi Roti

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 1 cup pounded jaggery
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • salt to taste

Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead to a smooth dough. Keep it aside for 15 mins. 
  • Make balls of the dough. Heat a tava and take a ball. Put the ball on the tava and with the help of your fingers press the ball. Try to make it in the shape of a disc.
  • Apply oil all over the sides and cook it for few seconds. Turn around and apply oil. Repeat the procedure with other balls and serve hot.
