|Simple Poha Chiwda (Rice Flakes Snacks)|
- 2 cup Rice Flakes – cleaned
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup potatoes – sliced into thin strips
- red chili powder – according to your need
- salt to taste
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry potato strips till it turns golden brown. Remove from the heat and keep aside. Similarly fry peanuts and rice flakes in oil and remove from the heat.
- Combine everything in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 tsp red chili powder and salt to taste. Mix everything well and serve it.
