|Mango Nannari Syrup Sharbat (Mango & Sarsaparilla Lemonade)|
- 2 Mango – fully ripen (peeled and chopped)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp Nannari Syrup
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 4-5 cup water
- mint leaves – to garnish
- Heat 3 cup water and once it starts boiling, add sugar to it. When sugar is completely dissolved, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Blend chopped mango in a juicer or mixer to a smooth puree. Add lemon juice and nannari syrup. Blend again.
- Add sugar syrup and 2 cup water. Mix all and keep it refrigerated. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
