very healthy and yummy smoothie prepared with the combination of mango, coconut milk, cardamom, sabja seeds and palm jaggery.

Ingredients
  • 1 fully ripen Mango – I have used Banganapalli Mango
  • 200ml / 2 glass coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sabja seeds / sweet basil seeds / falooda seeds
  • ½ tsp cardamom seeds powder
  • 1 tbsp curd / yogurt – optional
  • 2-3 tbsp grated palm jaggery (or) honey – according to your need
  • mint leaves – to garnish
