  • ¼ cup dalia / wheat rava / broken wheat / godhumai rava
  • 1 tbsp channa dal / kadala paruppu
  • ½ cup chopped carrot

  • 2 tbsp split moong dal / siru paruppu
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • ¼ tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 green chilies - chopped
  • 2 cloves
  • ¼ cinnamon stick
  • 1 stick curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • 3 or 4 cup water
  • 1 tsp oil
